The Top 5 Road Bikes
- Giant Sport OCR 2 – built by Giant, ‘The Global Bicycle Company’, it is built with an aluminum frame, coupled with a higher-end carbon-fiber fork, and strikes a terrific balance between performance and reliability.
- Schwinn Fastback Sport 24 – Schwinn is always said to be a good choice for novices. This bike has an all-aluminum frame with carbon-fiber blades.
- Marin San Rafael – the Marin San Rafael isn’t a road bike in the true sense, since it is more like a hybrid of a mountain bike that has been coupled with a road bike.
- Specialized Roubaix Comp – this bike features an all-carbon frame which makes it lighter and more ‘supple’ than aluminum or steel-framed bikes.
- Kona King Zing – another carbon-framed beauty.
